I have been enrolled in the Education and Training class at the BCTAL for two years. Last year, I placed first in the region for Impromptu Teaching with my partner, Tiana Whitmore, and ended up making it all the way to nationals in Boston, Massachusetts where we placed 9th overall. This summer I will  be traveling to Phoenix, Arizona for Nationals again. I am very involved in the RHS band program and have been in the honors band for three years. My goal as an intern has been to influence my students in a positive manner and encourage them to try their best in everything they do inside and outside of school.
